Ok, I am trying this and am up to the part of putting on the lightening and it don't show up in my preset either in 7 or psp x.  I extracted it and placed them in the preset of my documents/my psp files.

Don't know what I did wrong

the two lightenin are not presets...just tubes...they have to be copied n pasted onto yer image

Ok, I am totally lost den maid...........It sed to put in my presets and then to go to effects

Effects > Illumination effects > Lights > Preset MD-Lights-1.

ohh i ytot ya was adding the lightening   the bolts lol....there are 4 presets  that yoo have ta puts into yer preset folder yes...wen yo goes to effects  illumination effects a box will appear...at the top where it shows presets it shood be listed in there...click on it an preso the number change fer it an click ok
